Charges are payable at the time of treatment. Payment forms accepted are cash, check, Visa, Discover and MasterCard credit cards, as well as financing through CareCredit. For your convenience, we are in-network with several insurance companies, just give us a call to see if we accept your insurance and verify network participation. Please be aware that most insurance companies only cover a portion of the costs. It is in your best interest to keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan.
You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be.
Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
